For the truffles:

For the topping:

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g white chocolate

METHOD

  1. Blend cookies until smooth.
  2. Whip cream cheese and protein until light and fluffy. Slowly add cookie crumbles to the cream cheese mixture until well combined. 
  3. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
  4. Roll the mixture into 24 balls.
  5. Melt chocolate and dip your truffles in the dark chocolate.
  6. Set truffles aside in the fridge. 
  7. Melt chocolate and drizzle tops with white chocolate 
  8. Top with holly berries and leaves and enjoy!
