COOKIES & CREAM PROTEIN TRUFFLES
INGREDIENTS
For the truffles:
- 226g cream cheese
- 475g Oreo cookies
- 65g @happywayau Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
For the topping:
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g white chocolate
METHOD
- Blend cookies until smooth.
- Whip cream cheese and protein until light and fluffy. Slowly add cookie crumbles to the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Roll the mixture into 24 balls.
- Melt chocolate and dip your truffles in the dark chocolate.
- Set truffles aside in the fridge.
- Melt chocolate and drizzle tops with white chocolate
- Top with holly berries and leaves and enjoy!
