INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup sweet potato purée
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/3 cup Organic Cacao Powder
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

 

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180c and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper
  2. Combine sweet potato with wet ingredients
  3. Add in dry ingredients, except chocolate chips and stir till combine
  4. Transfer batter to prepared pan and top with chocolate chips
  5. Bake 25-28mins. Then let cool in pan ~1hr. Slice and enjoy!
    *store leftovers in the fridge
