HIGH PROTEIN BREAKFAST PIZZA
Easy, high protein, breakfast pizza!
To make the protein pizza base follow the steps here.
INGREDIENTS
- Protein pizza base
- 1/4 cup tomato chutney (we use Beerenberg!)
- 2 rashes of bacon, sliced
- 40g mushrooms, sliced
- 50g cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1 egg
- Grated cheese of choice
METHOD
- Pre-heat oven to 200c.
- On a pizza tray (the ones with holes to make the bottom crispy), place your uncooked pizza dough rolled out into a pizza shape.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Cover the base with chutney.
- Layer the mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and bacon.
- Place the raw egg in the centre of the pizza.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Cook for 15 minutes or until golden.
- Move to a chopping board to slice.
- Enjoy!
