▫️45g @happywayau Cacao Hemp Mint protein powder
▫️300g sugar free vegan choc chips (melted)
▫️2 packets of vegan Mint Slice biscuit alternatives (we used Woolworths “Free From” range)
▫️500ml full fat coconut cream
▫️In a large mixing bowl, break up the biscuits into small pieces using the end of a rolling pin of something similar.
▫️Mix in the protein powder with the broken biscuit pieces, then hand mix in the coconut cream and melted choc chips until well combined.
▫️Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray (optional- add extra crushed mint slice biscuits on top) then place in the freezer to set for 20 mins.
▫️Remove from the freezer and slice into desired sized pieces. Store in the fridge.
