INGREDIENTS
  • 2-3 Weet-Bix, crushed⁠
  • 1 serve berry or vanilla protein (I used @happywayau berry whey protein)⁠
  • Water or milk to cover⁠
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries⁠
  • Passion fruit yoghurt or vanilla yoghurt + 1 passion fruit⁠

METHOD
  1. Crush weetbix into a bowl or container, add protein powder and cover with liquid of choice. ⁠
  2. Mix well and press into base of your container.⁠
  3. Add mixed berries and cover with yoghurt⁠
  4. Leave in the fridge overnight to set⁠.
