INGREDIENTS:

Base:
• 3/4 cup oat flour
• 1/4 cup @happywayau Top of the Choc Protein Powder
• 1/3 cup peanut butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/3 cup maple syrup
*press into a rectangular loaf tin lined with parchment paper

Yogurt layer topping:
• 1/2 cup yogurt of choice (I used plain greek)
• 1/4 cup @hapypywayau Top of the Choc Protein Powder
*stir together & spread evenly across the base layer & freeze for at least an hour

optional – melt 2 tbsps of dark chocolate chips & drizzle overtop!
