
PROTEIN BROWNIE COOKIE IN A MUG
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 maple syrup
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3-1/2 cup almond flour or oat flour
- 1/4 cup Happy Way Like A Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1-2 tbsp Happy Way Organic Cacao Powder
- Pinch salt
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
METHOD
- Mix the maple syrup, peanut butter and vanilla together in a bowl.
- Add the flour, protein powder, cacao powder, salt and almond milk and stir until combined well.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Bake at 180°C for approx.15 minutes and enjoy!
