
SINGLE SERVE CHOCOLATE COOKIE
Ingredients:
Craving something sweet? Whip up this easy, single serve, vegan and gluten-free chocolate cookie!
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 3 tbsp Happy Way Chocolate Protein
- 2 - 3 tbsp milk of choice
- 1/2 tbsp Happy Way Cacao Powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
METHOD
- Mash the banana.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine.
- Spread the cookie dough on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Add the chocolate chunks on top.
- Bake at 180 for 15 min and enjoy!
