INGREDIENTS
BASE
  • 50g Rolled oats
  • 80g Vanilla coconut yoghurt (or yoghurt of choice)
  • 30g Coffee Vegan Protein Powder
TOPPING
  • 50g Vanilla coconut yoghurt
  • 1tbs Coffee (just to thin out the yoghurt a little)
  • 10g Banana Vegan Protein Powder
  • Fresh fruit for the top!
METHOD
  1. Mix all the base ingredients in a bowl or container you'd like to store the oats in.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the topping ingredients and pour over the oat mixture.
  3. Place in the fridge to set overnight.
  4. Top with fresh fruit!
