Recipe makes 1 crepe

1 egg, eaten
45ml almond milk
1 tbsp Happy Way Whey Chocolate Protein Powder

2 - 3 heaped tbsp Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp Happy Way Banana Whey Protein Powder


  1. Mix beaten egg and milk together.
  2. Add in protein and mix again.
  3. Heat a small non stick frying pan with a bit of olive oil then pour in crepe mixture.
  4. Once tiny bubbles start to form and there is no more liquid, flip gently.
  5. Cook for a minute or two more.
  6. Place on a plate.
  7. Mix banana protein and yoghurt until smooth.
  8. Spoon the banana cream on one edge of the crepe then roll it up.
  9. Top with your favourites! I used smooth peanut butter and maple syrup.
