CHRISTMAS GRANOLA
INGREDIENTS
- 1 & 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 cup of a fruit + nut mix (I used one with cranberries, prunes, roasted almonds & hazelnuts)
- 1/4 cup of Happy Way Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- 1-2 tsp of cinnamon (or add a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg & ginger)
- 3 tbs pure maple syrup
- 2 & 1/2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 2 heaped tbs smooth peanut butter
- Pinch of sea salt
- 2 rows of dark chocolate, chopped
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 160.
- Mix all ingredients together then lay out on a lined baking sheet.
- Cook until golden (around 15 mins).
- Allow to cool before breaking apart and transferring into an airtight container/jar.
