Ok, honestly, I have such a sweet tooth that when I had the first drink I was a little bit disappointed that it didn't have a true chocolate taste and I could taste the herbs but in saying that you do get used to it and it has helped me sleep better at night & all through the night. I find when I drink it my body is karma. Therefore I'm able to sleep better.
