How to

Add 2 Levelled Scoops (70G) of Protein Oats to a bowl with 1/3 CUP (90ml) Water or Milk Microwave for 60-80 Sec, Stir and let Oats cool for 1-2mins.

    These are a good quick breakfast but I found that I needed to add more water than suggested. I find 2/3 Cup of the oat mixture to 1 C of water and a microwave of 1 min 20 sec works really well, I stir it at the 90 sec mark and then it’s nice n fluffy.

    So good

    Love the vegan protein oats in both vanilla & chocolate! So quick, easy & tastes great! I wish it told me how much fibre was in it however so I can track this. If you ever update the packaging please consider this!
