• 110g frozen mixed berries 
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice 
  • ¼ teaspoon corn flour 
  • 30g Carmen’s Protein Oats 
  • 30g  Happy Way Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (or flavour of choice) 
  • 20ml Queen’s Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
  • 20ml water 


  1. In a small microwave-safe bowl combine frozen mixed berries, lemon juice and cornflour. Cook in the microwave for 1 minute. 
  2. In a separate bowl mix together the oats, protein powder, maple syrup and water until well combined. 
  3. Layer the oat mixture onto the partly cooked berries. 
  4. Cook for a further 30-60 seconds in the microwave.
