BERRY CRUMBLE
INGREDIENTS
- 110g frozen mixed berries
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon corn flour
- 30g Carmen’s Protein Oats
- 30g Happy Way Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (or flavour of choice)
- 20ml Queen’s Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
- 20ml water
METHOD
- In a small microwave-safe bowl combine frozen mixed berries, lemon juice and cornflour. Cook in the microwave for 1 minute.
- In a separate bowl mix together the oats, protein powder, maple syrup and water until well combined.
- Layer the oat mixture onto the partly cooked berries.
- Cook for a further 30-60 seconds in the microwave.
