This easy breakfast meal prep will set you up for the week. It saves so much time, just mix all the ingredients together and bake. Serve with yoghurt and peanut butter


  1. 2 cups rolled oats
  2. 30g vanilla or chocolate protein powder @happywayau 
  3. 1/2 cup cacao powder
  4. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  5. 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  6. 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  7. 1.5 cups almond milk


  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips. 


  1. In a large bowl mix together your dry ingredients.
  2. Add in all wet ingredients to the dry mixture and mix until well combined. 
  3. Pour mixture into a prepared square baking tray.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes on 180 degrees celsius.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes.
  6. Portion into 4-5 serves.
  7. Store in your fridge in airtight containers
