GLUTEN FREE & VEGAN BANANA BREAD
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Gluten Free Plain Flour
30g Vegan Vanilla Protein @happywayau
1/2 cup Caster Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1tsp Cinnamon
3 Ripe Bananas, mashed
1/2 cup Almond Milk
50g Vegetable Oil
Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C and line a loaf tin with baking paper.
- In a large bowl combine flour,
- protein, sugars baking powder and cinnamon.
- Add in all the wet ingredients into the dry and mix well.
- Transfer batter into prepared tin and bake for 50-60 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool in tin before removing and slicing.
