INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Gluten Free Plain Flour
30g Vegan Vanilla Protein @happywayau
1/2 cup Caster Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder 
1tsp Cinnamon
3 Ripe Bananas, mashed
1/2 cup Almond Milk
50g Vegetable Oil


Method:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C and line a loaf tin with baking paper.
  2. In a large bowl combine flour,
  3. protein, sugars baking powder and cinnamon.
  4. Add in all the wet ingredients into the dry and mix well.
  5. Transfer batter into prepared tin and bake for 50-60 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  6. Let cool in tin before removing and slicing.
