1. Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a silicone tray with canola spray or muffin liners.
  2. In a small bowl, add all the ingredients (except for the caramel buttons) to a blender and mix on high speed until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the baking tray and place a chocolate button on top of each muffin.
  4. Bake for 25 mins or until cooked through and then transfer to a wire rack. Enjoy!
