Choc-Mint Bliss Balls

INGREDIENTS:
▫️ 1/4 cup @happywayau Cacao powder⁣
▫️ 30g @happywayau Cacao Mint Hemp protein powder⁣
▫️ 1.5 cup desiccated coconut⁣
▫️ 1/2 cup almonds or almond meal⁣
▫️ A pinch of salt ⁣
▫️ 1 1/2 cup pitted medjool dates⁣
▫️ 3 drops peppermint essential oil ⁣
▫️ 1/2 cup desiccated coconut to roll ⁣
▫️ 2 Tbsp of cacao nibs for crunch⁣
▫️ Pinch of spirulina to colour rolling coconut.⁣

METHOD:
▫️ Process all ingredients except for the dates and melted chocolate in the food processor for 30 seconds until it is powdery consistency. ⁣
▫️ Add the dates to the mixture and process again until mixture is moist enough to roll into balls. ⁣
▫️ If the mixture is too dry, add in more dates or a dash of water.⁣
▫️ Roll mixture into desired sized balls then roll in desiccated that’s been mixed with a pinch of spirulina to colour (optional) or chopped pistachios also look nice. ⁣
▫️ Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Enjoy!⁣
