INGREDIENTS
10 corn thins (or rice cakes)
8 medjool dates pitted
1/2 cup runny peanut butter
1 Tablespoon Happy Way Cacao Powder
6 tablespoons @happywayau Triple Choc Fudge Protein Powder 
1-2 tablespoons water
60 g melted chocolate

METHOD
  1. Blend all ingredients except the melted chocolate together until it resembles a crumb, and is a little sticky.
  2. (If using the Thermomix speed 9 for 10 seconds)
  3. Add the 60g melted chocolate and blend again to bring it all together. (Speed 7 for 4 seconds)
  4. Roll into balls and toss in chocolate sprinkles. Store in the fridge.
