The Aussie classic go-to pizza! It's got a crunchy/crisp crust topped with tomato sauce, ham, pineapple, and mozzarella.

INGREDIENTS 

  • Protein pizza base
  • 1/4 cup tomato chutney (we use Beerenberg!)
  • 80g ham, sliced 
  • 2 slices pineapple, chopped
  • Handful of shredded mozzarella

METHOD 

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200c. 
  2. On a pizza tray (the ones with holes to make the bottom crispy), place your uncooked pizza dough rolled out into a pizza shape. 
  3. Cover base with chutney. 
  4. Sprinkle with ham, pineapple and mozarella! 
  5. Cook for 15 minutes or until golden. 
  6. Move to a chopping board to slice. 
  7. Enjoy!
