VEGAN ROAST VEG & FALAFEL PROTEIN PIZZA
Easy, high protein, vegan pizza! This is a very easy throw together pizza thats packed with flavour and protein.
To make the protein pizza base follow the steps here.
INGREDIENTS
- Protein pizza base
- 1/4 cup tomato chutney (we use Beerenberg!)
- 2 falafels of choice, crumbled
- 1/4 cup antipasto (OR olives, sundried tomato, roasted eggplant)
- 30g mushrooms, sliced
- 50g cherry tomatoes, sliced
- vegan cheese of choice
METHOD
- Pre-heat oven to 200c.
- On a pizza tray (the ones with holes to make the bottom crispy), place your uncooked pizza dough rolled out into a pizza shape.
- Cover the base with chutney.
- Layer the mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, crumbled falafels, antipasto and top with grated cheese of choice.
- Cook for 15 minutes or until golden.
- Move to a chopping board to slice.
