Easy, high protein, vegan pizza! This is a very easy throw together pizza thats packed with flavour and protein.

INGREDIENTS 

  • Protein pizza base
  • 1/4 cup tomato chutney (we use Beerenberg!)
  • 2 falafels of choice, crumbled 
  • 1/4 cup antipasto (OR olives, sundried tomato, roasted eggplant)
  • 30g mushrooms, sliced 
  • 50g cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • vegan cheese of choice 

METHOD 

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200c. 
  2. On a pizza tray (the ones with holes to make the bottom crispy), place your uncooked pizza dough rolled out into a pizza shape. 
  3. Cover the base with chutney. 
  4. Layer the mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, crumbled falafels, antipasto and top with grated cheese of choice. 
  5. Cook for 15 minutes or until golden. 
  6. Move to a chopping board to slice. 
  7. Enjoy!
