VANILLA PROTEIN SCONES
- 1 x cup of wholemeal self raising flour
- 1 x cup of greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup of Happy Way Vanilla Like A Vegan Protein Powder
- 1/3 cup of butter
- 1 x teaspoon pure vanilla essence
- In a large bowl, add the flour, yogurt, protein powder, butter and vanilla essence.
- Mix all of the ingredients together until it forms a dough.
- Divide the dough into six even pieces and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes or until scones are golden brown. Serve with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
