INGREDINETS 

  • 1 x cup of almond milk
  • 1 x cup of frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 x cup of oats 
  • 1 x cup of coconut yogurt
  • 1 x tablespoon of manuka honey
  • 1 x tablespoon of flaxseeds
  • 1 x scoop of Happy Way Vegan Vanilla Protein
  • 1/4 x cup of frozen cauliflower

METHOD 

  1. In a blender simply add all of your ingredients and blend until creamy and smooth!
