INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 x can of coconut cream
  • 10 x or more sponge fingers depending on your dish size
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla essence
  • 2 x shots of espresso coffee
  • 1 x scoop of Deja Brew Coffee Whey Protein Powder

METHOD 

  1. Begin by adding your coconut cream, vanilla essence and Deja Brew Coffee Whey Protein Powder to a blender and blend on high for 1 minute.
  2. In a baking dish, tightly layer the sponge fingers and pour a layer of espresso followed by a layer of the coconut mix, and repeat this process until all of the mixture is gone.
  3. Refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 6 hours, and enjoy!
