• 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup 
  • 1/2 cup @happywayau chocolate protein
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips 
  • 50-100g chocolate, melted 
  • Flakey sea salt


  1. Mix peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Add in protein and almond flour and mix until a dough forms. Place chocolate chips into the bowl and mix with hands. 
  3. Press flat into mini silicone loaf tray and freeze. 
  4. Melt chocolate and spread it over brownie thins. 
  5. Top with flakey sea salt and freeze until set (around 1 hour). Take out of moulds and ENJOY!!!
