WHITE CHOC CHIP BROWNIE BATTER THINS
INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup @happywayau chocolate protein
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 50-100g chocolate, melted
- Flakey sea salt
METHOD
- Mix peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth.
- Add in protein and almond flour and mix until a dough forms. Place chocolate chips into the bowl and mix with hands.
- Press flat into mini silicone loaf tray and freeze.
- Melt chocolate and spread it over brownie thins.
- Top with flakey sea salt and freeze until set (around 1 hour). Take out of moulds and ENJOY!!!
