INGREDIENTS:⁣
▫️180g dark cooking chocolate, chopped⁣
▫️250g butter, chopped⁣
▫️1 scoop @happywayau Choc Hazelnut protein powder⁣
▫️1/3 cup plain flour⁣
▫️4 eggs⁣
▫️1/3 cup caster sugar⁣ 

METHOD: ⁣
▫️Microwave the chocolate and butter for 1-2 minutes until completely melted, allow to cool.⁣ 
▫️Grease small ramekins of a muffin tray and lightly dust with flour. Using an electric mixer beat the eggs and sugar for 8 minutes until thick and creamy. Fold through the chocolate mixture. Add the flour and protein mixture. Pour into prepared trays and freeze for 30 minutes.⁣
▫️Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Bake lava cakes for 15-18 minutes until they are just set and wobble when touched. Stand for 1 minute. Turn out onto a plate, dust with cacao powder and serve
