INGREDIENTS 

  • 250g chocolate
  • 180g peanut butter
  • 50g coconut oil
  • 3 cups Rice Bubbles
  • 1 scoop (30g) @happywayau Top of the Choc Protein Powder

METHOD

  1. Melt your chocolate, pb and coconut oil in a saucepan over low to medium heat stirring regularly until runny and all combined.
  2. Add your Rice Bubbles and protein, stir to combine and pour into a lined square tin.
  3. Refrigerate for approx 2-3 hours, slice into 16 squares and keep stored in the fridge.
