CHOC PEANUT BUTTER CRACKLE SLICE
INGREDIENTS
- 250g chocolate
- 180g peanut butter
- 50g coconut oil
- 3 cups Rice Bubbles
- 1 scoop (30g) @happywayau Top of the Choc Protein Powder
METHOD
- Melt your chocolate, pb and coconut oil in a saucepan over low to medium heat stirring regularly until runny and all combined.
- Add your Rice Bubbles and protein, stir to combine and pour into a lined square tin.
- Refrigerate for approx 2-3 hours, slice into 16 squares and keep stored in the fridge.
