It is so easy to make and works great just by itself or toasted with butter 

Ingredients

1 Scoop of Happy Way Vanilla Protein

1/2 Cup of maple syrup

5 Small green apples

1 Cup of buckwheat flour

1/2 Cup of almond meal 

1/4 Cup of light coconut milk

1/4 Cup of crunchy peanut butter (natural)

2 eggs

1 Heaped teaspoon of Happy Way maca powder

1 1/2 Teaspoons of baking powder

Sprinkle of Cinnamon
