Today we are going to be making a winter warming Mixed Berry Protein Crumble.
Perfect for those cold nights, you can whip this up and enjoy this incredibly satisfying treat!
Mixed Berry Mix:
1 bag of frozen mixed berries
Juice from 1 orange
2 Tablespoons Maple syrup
1.5 Cups almond meal
1 Cup Chopped Almonds
1/2 cup Coconut Sugar
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
150g of butter or coconut oil (solid)
Method: saucepan cook berry mixture for approx 5mins use hands to make crumble preheat oven to 180 degrees assemble in baking tray bake for approx. 15-20mins. serve with cream or ice-cream
