CARAMEL BISCUIT WEET-BIX BAKE
- 2 Weet-Bix
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Sprinkle cinnamon
- 1 scoop (30 g) Happy Way Caramel Biscuit Whey Protein Powder
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- Maple syrup and toppings of choice
- Add the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix.
- Pour in the wet ingredients and mix well to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a ramekin and make a small well in centre, adding a spoonful of Biscoff.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes or until golden.
- Add your toppings of choice and enjoy!
