Choc-Mint Bliss Balls

Cherry Ripe Bliss Balls

INGREDIENTS:⁣
▫️ 30g @happywayau vegan Vanilla protein⁣ powder
▫️ 2 tsp @happywayau Acai powder ⁣
▫️ 1.5 cup frozen cherries or 1 cup dried cherries or cranberries ⁣
▫️ 1 tbsp chia seeds⁣
▫️ 4 Tbsp rice malt syrup⁣
▫️ 1 1/2 cup desiccated coconut⁣ 
▫️ 150g melted vegan chocolate, melted ⁣

METHOD:
▫️Throw all ingredients except melted chocolate into a food processor and process for approximately 1-2 minutes or until mixture forms a texture that is moist enough to roll into balls. If it needs more moisture either add a splash of water or if its too wet, add some extra coconut.⁣

▫️Roll mixture into desired sized balls then dip in melted chocolate. Allow to set and firm in the fridge for 30 minutes before eating. Enjoy!⁣
