Choc Caramel Biscoff Mug Cake

CHOC CARAMEL BISCOFF MUG CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup flour⁣
  • 1 scoop (30 g) Happy Way Choc Caramel Vegan Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder⁣
  • 1-2 tbsp brown sugar⁣
  • 1/2 cup almond milk⁣
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted⁣
  • 1 tbsp Biscoff spread⁣

METHOD ⁣

  1. In a small bowl, add in all the ingredients, minus the Biscoff, and whisk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased mug and add the spoonful of Biscoff into the centre.⁣
  3. Heat in the microwave on high for 90 seconds (please note this may vary depending on your microwave) and enjoy!
