CHOC CARAMEL BISCOFF MUG CAKE
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 scoop (30 g) Happy Way Choc Caramel Vegan Protein Powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1-2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tbsp Biscoff spread
- In a small bowl, add in all the ingredients, minus the Biscoff, and whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a greased mug and add the spoonful of Biscoff into the centre.
- Heat in the microwave on high for 90 seconds (please note this may vary depending on your microwave) and enjoy!
