INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 1 scoop of @happywayau vanilla protein powder
  • 1 heaped tbsp of peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips (I used sugar free)

METHOD

  1. Mix everything together except for chocolate chips.
  2. Once combined and pliable add the chocolate chips.
  3. Form into a large ball then flatten into a cookie shape.
  4. Cook in the air fryer on 180 for 9-10 mins (or in an oven for slightly longer).
  5. Allow to cool a bit so the edges harden, then enjoy!!
