1. Toast your slice of bread until golden and firm.
  2. Remove the pit from your avocado and scoop out the flesh.
  3. Put the avocado in a bowl and mash it up with a fork until smooth.
  4. Mix in the protein and salt and add more to taste, if desired.
  5. Spread the avocado on top of your toast.
