Spinach & Ricotta Collagen Pasta Bake

▫️280 spinach 
▫️375 ricotta cheese
▫️500gm pasta - spiral 
▫️1/2 cup basil 
▫️1 tbsp chopped parsley 
▫️1 cup tasty shredded cheese
▫️1 @happywayau flavourless collagen beauty dust
▫️2 eggs
▫️2 cups tomato passata  
▫️2 garlic cloves 
▫️salt & pepper 
▫️1 tsp nutmeg

▫️Prepare the ingredients by wilting the spinach and partially cooking the pasta for half the time indicated on the back of the pack. Pre-heat oven to 180degrees FF. 
▫️In a large mixing bowl add in all the ingredients (minus the tomato passata and half the tasty cheese) and mix well. Pour in the pasta and mix until well coated.
▫️Turn this out into a baking dish and flatted down. Pour the passata over the top and top with tasty cheese, extra parmesan and any left over basil leaves. Allow to bake for 35mins. Slice and enjoy!
