INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 tbsp almond meal
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop (30g) Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 apple, chopped
  • 1 tbsp custard (I used vegan)

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan-forced.
  2. Add all the ingredients, except apple and custard, to the blender and blender until smooth.
  3. Stir through chopped apple.
  4. Spoon half the mixture into a greased baking ramekin.
  5. Top with custard and then cover with remaining mixture.
  6. Place in the oven to bake for 20-22 minutes, or until golden.
  7. Serve immediately
