BANANA BAKED PROTEIN OAT COOKIES
INGREDIENTS
- 60g (2x serves) of Happy Way Banana Protein
- 2x cups oats
- 1.5 bananas mashed up
- 50ml milk (whichever is your preference)
- 2x tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2x tbsp coconut oil
- Handful of choc chips
METHOD
- Pre-heat open to 180C and line a baking tray for easy clean up.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until everything is combined together.
- Roll them into medium sized balls and place on the baking tray.
- Press them down with fingers to flatten out (just a little).
- Pop in oven for 12-15 mins or until golden brown.
- Take out of the oven to cool and enjoy.
