INGREDIENTS 
  • 60g (2x serves) of Happy Way Banana Protein 
  • 2x cups oats
  • 1.5 bananas mashed up
  • 50ml milk (whichever is your preference)
  • 2x tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2x tbsp coconut oil
  • Handful of choc chips


METHOD

  1. Pre-heat open to 180C and line a baking tray for easy clean up.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until everything is combined together.
  3. Roll them into medium sized balls and place on the baking tray.
  4. Press them down with fingers to flatten out (just a little).
  5. Pop in oven for 12-15 mins or until golden brown.
  6. Take out of the oven to cool and enjoy.
