CARAMEL BISCUIT OVERNIGHT OATS
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 crushed biscuit (I used Biscoff)
- 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
- 1 x teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 cup of greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of Biscoff spread
- 1 x scoop of Happy Way Caramel Biscuit Whey Protein Powder
- In a jar, add the oats, almond milk, crushed biscuit, hemp seeds, maple syrup and the Caramel Biscuit Protein Powder.
- Give everything a good stir and then seal your jar and leave it to set in the fridge overnight.
- In a small bowl add the greek yogurt and Biscoff spread and mix thoroughly. Add the yogurt mixture on top of your overnight oats and enjoy!
