1. Mix all ingredients (except choc chips) until smooth then fold in choc chips.
  2. Pour into a lined loaf tin and add a tbsp of smooth peanut butter to the top and create a swirl pattern (optional but yummm!).
  3. Bake for 30 mins or until cooked through on 180 fan forced.
  4. Allow to cool in tin for 10 mins, then remove, slice and ENJOY!
