INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 1/2 cups Happy Way Chocolate Protein Oats
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa 
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts of choice
  • 1/4 cup mixed seeds 
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 60g sugar free dark chocolate, chopped

 

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 180c fan forced and line a baking tray. 
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients apart from the dark chocolate.
  3. Mix until well combined. The mixture should be sticky.
  4. Tip your granola mixture on to the lined baking tray and push it down firmly to create a flat layer. 
  5. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until lightly toasted.
  6. Allow to completed cool.
  7. Once cooled, break up the granola mixture on the tray.
  8. Sprinkle over your chopped dark chocolate.
  9. Tip the mixture into an airtight container to store.
