DARK CHOCOLATE PROTEIN GRANOLA
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups Happy Way Chocolate Protein Oats
- 1 teaspoon cocoa
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts of choice
- 1/4 cup mixed seeds
- 2 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 60g sugar free dark chocolate, chopped
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180c fan forced and line a baking tray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients apart from the dark chocolate.
- Mix until well combined. The mixture should be sticky.
- Tip your granola mixture on to the lined baking tray and push it down firmly to create a flat layer.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until lightly toasted.
- Allow to completed cool.
- Once cooled, break up the granola mixture on the tray.
- Sprinkle over your chopped dark chocolate.
- Tip the mixture into an airtight container to store.
