METHOD 

  1. Blend all the ingredients except for the sprinkles in a high-speed food processor until fully combined. 
  2. Combine the dry ingredients with the condensed milk and mix with your hands until the batter is a smooth dough. 
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and coat with the sprinkles until the protein balls are fully coated. 
  4. Allow the protein balls to set in the fridge for 2 hours and enjoy!
