  • Powder sugar
  • Maple syrup


METHOD

  1. Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and protein powder until well combined.
  2. Dip Sourdough bread into egg mixture allowing bread to soak in as much egg mixture as possible.
  3. Slightly butter pan and cook each side of toast until golden brown.
  4. Sprinkle with powder sugar and top with sugar free maple syrup.
