METHOD

  1. In a blender, add all of the ingredients (minus the oats) and blend well until smooth.
  2. In a large mason jar, add the oats and the liquid mixture, screw the lid on tightly and shake until well combined. Place into the fridge to set overnight.
  3. Enjoy for breakfast in the morning or as a healthy on the go snack.
