OVERNIGHT OATS
INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop (30 g) Happy Way Like A Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 cup oats
METHOD
- In a blender, add all of the ingredients (minus the oats) and blend well until smooth.
- In a large mason jar, add the oats and the liquid mixture, screw the lid on tightly and shake until well combined. Place into the fridge to set overnight.
- Enjoy for breakfast in the morning or as a healthy on the go snack.
