INGREDIENTS

  • 250ml water
  • 30g Passionfruit Protein Water Whey or Vegan
  • Passionfruit pulp

METHOD

  1. Mix together the water and Passionfruit Protein Water until there are no lumps.
  2. Add the passionfruit pulp in the ice block trays first, and then pour in your desired amount of protein water.
  3. Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
  4. Enjoy!
