PASSIONFRUIT PROTEIN ICE BLOCKS

250ml water

30g Passionfruit Protein Water Whey or Vegan

Passionfruit pulp
METHOD
- Mix together the water and Passionfruit Protein Water until there are no lumps.
- Add the passionfruit pulp in the ice block trays first, and then pour in your desired amount of protein water.
- Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
- Enjoy!
