• 60 ml egg whites
  • 100 ml almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 20 g flour of choice (I used 10 g coconut flour and 10 g oat flour)
  • 30 g @happywayau choc pea protein powder
  • Optional, but highly recommended inclusion: chocolate chips, peanut butter etc.
    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius, fan-forced. 
    2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, choc pea protein, cacao powder and baking powder. Stir to combine. 
    3. Add in the egg whites and almond milk and stir to combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
    4. Add in any additional ingredients, such as choc chips.
    5. Pour into a single serve, oven-proof ceramic dish or bowl and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes. 
    6. Top with more PB, honey or ice cream, and dig in while it’s still warm!

      ✔ Pro tip: Adding in extra chocolate to the mixture makes it 100x more decadent and gooey. I've also tried walnuts and highly recommend them!
