
TRIPLE CHOC BREAKFAST PARFAIT
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop (30 g) Happy Way Triple Choc Fudge Vegan Protein Powder
- 100 g plain/vanilla dairy-free yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
- 1 cup chocolate granola or chocolate cereal of choice
- 1 banana, chopped
- 1 tbsp sugar-free vegan chocolate chips to garnish
METHOD
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the yoghurt and protein powder and mix until smooth.
- In a serving glass, layer the granola, yoghurt and banana consecutively, then top with extra coconut yoghurt and chocolate chips to finish.
