INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop (30 g) Happy Way Triple Choc Fudge Vegan Protein Powder
  • 100 g plain/vanilla dairy-free yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
  • 1 cup chocolate granola or chocolate cereal of choice
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free vegan chocolate chips to garnish 

METHOD

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the yoghurt and protein powder and mix until smooth.
  2. In a serving glass, layer the granola, yoghurt and banana consecutively, then top with extra coconut yoghurt and chocolate chips to finish.
