INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 frozen mango (1.5 cups)
  • 30g Tropical Crush Vegan Protein water 
  • 1 passionfruit or 2 tbspn passionfruit syrup
  • 1/4 cup milk, water or coconut water 
  • handful of ice 

METHOD

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and blend until smooth but still thick. 
  2. Pour into a bowl and decorate with your choice of season fruit toppings, granola, chia and coconut flakes. 
  3. Enjoy!
