INGREDIENTS

  • 30g Tropical Crush Vegan Protein Water 
  • 10g Lemon Lime Electrolytes
  • 3g Creatine Monohydrate 
  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 1 tsp almond or peanut butter 
  • Handful of ice

METHOD

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. Pour into a cute cup and enjoy!

NOTES

  • To make your smoothie thicker add more ice. 
  • To make it smoother add more liquid or leave out ice.
