CHOC CHIP BREAKFAST PUDDING
INGREDIENTS
- 1 choc chip hot cross bun
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp monk fruit sweetener
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 15g @happywayau flavourless protein
- 1 tbsp mini choc chips
FOR THE TOPPING:
- 1 heaped tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 15g @happywayau chocolate protein
- 1 square or chocolate, grated
METHOD
- Mix egg, sweetener, protein and milk in a bowl until combined.
- Tear the bun and add to the same bowl and mix until covered.
- Add choc chips and stir then pour into a lined small baking dish.
- Cook in an air fryer for 9-10 mins at 180.
- Mix yoghurt and protein together until smooth then spread on top of pudding. Top with grated chocolate and ENJOY!!!
