INGREDIENTS

  • 1 choc chip hot cross bun
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp monk fruit sweetener
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 15g @happywayau flavourless protein
  • 1 tbsp mini choc chips 

FOR THE TOPPING: 

  • 1 heaped tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 15g @happywayau chocolate protein
  • 1 square or chocolate, grated 

METHOD

  1. Mix egg, sweetener, protein and milk in a bowl until combined. 
  2. Tear the bun and add to the same bowl and mix until covered. 
  3. Add choc chips and stir then pour into a lined small baking dish. 
  4. Cook in an air fryer for 9-10 mins at 180. 
  5. Mix yoghurt and protein together until smooth then spread on top of pudding. Top with grated chocolate and ENJOY!!!
