Vegan Cake Batter Protein Balls

INGREDIENTS:⁣

30g Happy Way vegan vanilla protein
1 cup whole oats or oat flour
1/4 cup cashew butter
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp plant-based milk
3 Tbsp rainbow sprinkles

METHOD:

Add the oats and protein into the food processor and blitz until powdery if using whole oats.⁣

Add in the remaining ingredients except the rainbow sprinkles and process until well combined and a firm but doughy consistency is achieved, then pulse in the rainbow sprinkles enough to just combine. ⁣

Roll the mixture into desired sized balls and store in the fridge in an air tight container.⁣
