Vegan Cake Batter Protein Balls
INGREDIENTS:
30g Happy Way vegan vanilla protein
1 cup whole oats or oat flour
1/4 cup cashew butter
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp plant-based milk
3 Tbsp rainbow sprinkles
METHOD:
Add the oats and protein into the food processor and blitz until powdery if using whole oats.
Add in the remaining ingredients except the rainbow sprinkles and process until well combined and a firm but doughy consistency is achieved, then pulse in the rainbow sprinkles enough to just combine.
Roll the mixture into desired sized balls and store in the fridge in an air tight container.
